WOW, thank you. This is a great lesson. Could you provide the .als file if possible?

Also, I only have a compressor w/side chain within Reason, using rewire. Could I use that compressor, or does it have to be a plugin in Reason? Just asking, but I'll try to test it.

yeah you can use the reason sidechain compressor... just route channels 3-4 to the input of the compressor - then route 5-6 to the sidechain - then send back the output... then just route the drums in ableton to your rewire 3-4 and your bass (as in the video) to the 5-6 of reason... and make a channel that listens on the reason output... you probably want to route the output of the compressor to a specific set of outs... like 3-4 or something... leaving the main out clear...

so the answer would be : yeah sure...

Thanks for the ALS file.

Unfortunately, I havent been able to route the "audio to" of the side-chain track to Reason. I guess that Live tracks can't have the "audio to" routed to Reason effects, maybe only Reason devices.

Come on :) simply route it to an combinator then...

Hi, yes. I've tried that to. I'm still kinda new at this, could someone try it on their system? I can only route Midi tracks to Reason effects, but not Audio tracks to Reason effects.

Thanks for your help.
