it would be a virtual signal 'porter' that can be placed BETWEEN an instrument and a fx device or between 2 fx devices..
lets' say you have the following device chain;
[ SIMPLER ]-->[ PORTER ]-->[ SIMPLE DELAY ]
wouldn't it be nice that if you for instance DECREASE Simpler's 'Amp Release'
you simultaniously INCREASE Simple Delay's 'Dry/Wet' parameter?
So moving one knob, modulates a second, a third, fourth, and so on..
on this new device there can be something like:
– choose incoming parameter signal..
– choose target [multiple targets?]
– signal 'treshold/trimmer' to target..
- signal inverter..
– source/target signal Sync [absolute/relative, to prevent param. value skipping]
etc.
