Would anyone know the type of organ this is? Or would anyone know how I would go about recreating this type of sound in Serum (if possible)?

The organ melody in the track comes in at around 3.35 in the main break.

It's difficult to say exactly what kind of organ that is.

Might it be a Hammond organ with a certain amplifier?

There are some Hammond VSTs available.
