Reassign Novation pitchbend-wheel to expression

Hi
I'm using Ableton live 11, Novation Launchkey 61 MK3 and the "BBC Sympony Orchestra" Plugin from Spitfire Audio.
All works togehter. But I like the following improovement:
The modulation-wheel is assigned to dynamic of the plugin
What I need is
1. assign the pitchbend-wheel to expression of the plugin
2. how to remove the spring of the pitchbend-wheel to make it work as the modulation-wheel
Or:
do you have any suggestions of other slider-midi-controllers to assign expression and dynamic to it?
