Envelopes are not working anymore...

Hi all,

I have a problem that i need fixed. I am recording in some automation from a midi controller to some Ableton FX. I can see the correct values in the envelop but no changes to to parameters are happening. This has been happening all day and i cant figure out why. Im sure theres just some setting i changed but i dont know which one.........

Any ideas??

try pressing the red square in the transport bar... does this help?

I keep trying but the button wont change.... everytime i press play it comes back on again. What could be causing this?
