More advertisers in the forum... nice.

Although on a continuum, the spammers are definitely pushing better products. :)

I'm here to talk about using the software with other users. If I want commercial support for it, I'd go out and find a book for it, but that's just me.

Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against what you're doing... quite a good idea in fact. It's just that this forum has been plagued in the past with spammers of various sorts, and when you come in here and make a commercial thread with a related nick as your first post... well, it's easy to lump it in that category. ;)

Yeah, we're here to learn and share and babble but very few of us to ask for $$$ for services with our first posts.

Its all good,

I just know that some people learn better from a knowledgeable instructor, rather than searching through a phonebook sized manual, or endless pdf. The forums are a great place for people to come together on the Internet, but face to face instruction is invaluable.

I have instructed many people, and I can say that everyone of them came out of the lesson with a much better understanding of what they are working with / where they want to take this.

peace

I don't wish to fan the flames in this thread, but I definitely support this idea. We need a "buy/sell/trade" forum around here.. with the amount of gear junkies on this site, it might actually take off. ;)

Interesting idea. I will be coming to the Manhattan area soon, and I was wondering if you would perhaps be interested in a free lesson? I have a great deal of experience on all of the software and systems you have listed, and infact a formal degree in this subject. PM me if you are interested...

BTW...
Instructor instruction is $200.00 an hour.

You know, what you really need is a course in marketing. And then perhaps a course in courtesy.
