Hardware controller plugin

This would be cool....
A plugin you drag onto a midi track, wich:
- has a button when you click on it, you add a fresh slider.
- the slider you create can be named, you can assign midi cc or sysex to it.
- in the clip envelope's view you can automate the sliders
- slider can learn midi. (would go great with sysex)

THAT's very good idea - i use many hardware gears and... sysex will helps much

This new idea has been in Logic for years and was in the Atari version of Cubase.

I'd like to add my voice to the list. For anyone with a significant amount of older/outboard equipment, this feature is much needed.
