Multiple Analysis files for the same audio clip

Post by robin » Mon Aug 02, 2004 4:20 pm

There was a thread in the General discussion area recently that discussed this matter.

http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic. ... highlight=

I said there that it's possible to have multiple .asd file for one sound file in MacOSX.

Well I've written the script that will allow this, the script and the README can be found here:

**Remember make backups before using this as I did this script for my own purposes and I just thought I'd share it with others.**

cheers

robin...

just done this and it works fine...it produces output that moans about .asd files that don't exist so i need to smooth some rough edges off.

oh yeah it won't work on windows formatted filesystems (my firewire drive is formatted like that so i can share between windows and macosx)

Hey Robin,

Just revisiting this issue of having multiple .asd's for the same audio file. Thanks for posting your script but it seems the link is broken. Do you still have anything you would be willing to share? Thanks,

G
