Antonio Sage (Chicago, IL)

Antonio Sage is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He has been using Ableton Live both in the studio and on stage since version one. His original musical repertoire ranges from ambient and flamenco to electronic rock and soul. As a remixer, Antonio Sage's work has been featured on Peter Gabriel's Real World Remixed on the Hotlist in the coveted number one spot for eight straight weeks.

Antonio teaches in the Chicago Public After School program and is responsible for the development of "Beatmakers Studio" for the Nettelhorst School. Independently, he teaches classes on both basic and advanced DAW production, DJing with Ableton Live and composing using Live.

Antonio has worked at IK Multimedia based in Ft. Lauderdale and Westlake Audio in Los Angeles. He has worked for clients such as Chaka Khan, Dee Lite, Kat Dyson and Antonio Banderas. As a composer, he has scored independent films for Three on the Tree Productions, including A Tree with No Name for the band Dispatch on the Zimbabwe Live DVD set. His music is featured in several catalogs, including Pump Audio, Audio Socket, Music Dealers and Jira Productions at Leo Burnet. Antonio is a member of BMI, The Grammy Association and WIF Chicago.
