TAFE Music Ultimo delivers an accredited Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Electronic music, primarily using Ableton Live. We have two Ableton Certified Trainers on our staff, as well as current music industry professionals and qualified teachers. Our courses are focusing on all aspects of electronic music creation.

The Electronic Music department of TAFE Music Ultimo was created in 2015, and includes a Diploma (one year full time) and an Advanced Diploma of Sound Production (one year full time), delivered entirely with Ableton Live.
Learning focuses heavily on composition, production, live performance, recording, sampling, synthesis, film composition, creating hooks, arranging, mixing and mastering.
Our classes run in 3 hour blocks, which include tutorials, practical time and feedback sessions. Students are taught in computer labs fitted with the latest version of Ableton Live Suite, Ableton Push, MIDI Keyboards and audio interfaces.
All of our courses are accredited by ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority).
